How do credits work?

Credits pay for the searches and reports you request. You see the cost before starting. Free includes 5 welcome credits once; Plus includes 30 credits each month and Pro includes 100. Monthly credits reset; purchased credits remain available.

Can I buy credits without a subscription?

Yes. Additional credits are available in your Workspace at €1 per credit, excl. VAT, including on the Free plan.

What happens if I cancel?

Your paid plan remains active until the end of your billing period. You then return to Free. Purchased credits remain available.
