About HDS
Hors des Sentiers (“HDS”), SIRET 447 595 687 00040, whose business address is 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France, provides a professional discovery and collaboration service for brands and Space Managers working on showrooms, pop-ups, events and other temporary activations. These terms govern access to horsdessentiers.com, the HDS Spaces and the HDS workspace.
Professional use and accounts
HDS is intended for professional use. Access to some features may be invitation-only. Users must provide accurate information, keep their credentials confidential and ensure that people acting through their account are authorised to represent the relevant organisation.
Spaces, selections and third-party offers
HDS curates and organises information to support discovery and selection. Space descriptions, availability, pricing, capacity, permissions and other details may come from operators or third-party sources and must be confirmed directly before a commitment is made.
Unless HDS expressly states otherwise for a particular service, HDS is not the owner, landlord, tenant, broker or contracting party for a Space. A booking or service purchased from an external operator is governed by that operator's terms. HDS does not guarantee that a Space will remain available or suitable for a specific project.
Connected services and communications
Users may choose to connect compatible professional services such as Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp Business. The user must have authority to connect the account and process the relevant conversations. Use of each external service remains subject to that provider's terms and policies.
Users are responsible for the content they send through HDS and must not use HDS for unlawful, misleading, unsolicited, discriminatory, infringing or abusive communications.
User content
Users retain their rights in content they provide. They grant HDS the limited rights necessary to host, process, display and transmit that content solely to provide, secure and improve the requested HDS services. Users confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions for the content they add or connect.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe or disrupt HDS infrastructure, extract data at scale, impersonate another person or organisation, introduce malicious code, misuse personal data, or use HDS in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. HDS may change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance or product development.
Intellectual property
HDS, its visual identity, software, editorial selections, structure and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for normal use of the service, no right is granted to reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, each party remains responsible for reasonably foreseeable direct loss caused by its breach. HDS is not responsible for decisions made solely from unverified third-party information, external services, indirect loss or events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
A user may stop using HDS and request account closure at any time. HDS may restrict or terminate access where these terms are materially breached, use creates a security or legal risk, or the service is discontinued. Relevant data is handled in accordance with our Privacy policy.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory rules that may apply. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should try in good faith to resolve a dispute by contacting brief@horsdessentiers.com.
